GOOD Nooniee!
Woke up at 5am (biological thingy), brushed teeth, changed for joggin.. and promptly fell back into bed
Finally crawled out of bed at 11 when this cold wet nose dying for a leak decided to take things into her own paws (ouch)
Yipee! It's a Sat! (and i've got tons of chores to do..)

Food ordered
Hei Zhou - from the zhi char stall (which was not gd at all. Serious!)
Vege - frm Zhi Char Stall (Needless to say, not nice as well....)
Basically we ordered Zhi Char coz the bak gut teh ran out of rice.
We also ordered... ROJAK!
Now this was good... $2.50 for the above HUGE serving. Got Jambu inside somemore!
And finally....
The "Star" of the show...
TA-DA! KL STYLE BAK GUT TEH!
Very little MSG, none, from what the stall owner says. Herbal type.
Thou stall owner did mention that the herbal taste is not as strong as he would prefer, but SG's herbs abit diff frm M'sia... so he's tryin 2 figure out how best to bring KL's herbs in with less hassle. But overall yum yum!
Anyone knows what this is?
Abit like Gong Bao style Pork.... wif Fen Chang and Ladyfingers...

My meeting just ended and I have not eaten lunch!

I went out to buy a new mattress just now.
It cost me a pretty penny.... $190. But I certainly need a new mattress.... my current one is over ten years old, soft and saggy, and it cannot support my back very well.
And to me, if I'm gonna spend 1/3 of my life sleeping.... I might as well make sure that it's a really good sleep.

Met with my mummy just now at Chinatown MRT station.
She wanted to buy me more soft flowy dresses at OG after seeing me look so ratty in my old comfy dress.
(I hate clothes shopping with mummy, her taste is those old 'chong Yau' novels styles of clothes for me.)

There's going to be a Memorial Service today at the Rod Laver Arena for the bushfire victims. I'm watching it on TV now. Very soon, all the church bells here will ring at the same time for the victims.
