I changed industry totally
From toilet cleaner to dishwasher.
And yes, i really did del those stuff away, am stillin contact wif ex co's OTHER dept managers who pitied me. In fact, at least 2 of them offered me a position in their teams, should I be willing to travel 1 hr to and fro work.
4 yrs of wrk in a godforsaken place, forgotten by eveyone (I wasnt even sent a invitation for D&D) and have you heard of $16 salary increment? Another guy in another site fot a $5 salary increment, Take leave send info 1 mth in advance, the day before I go on leave, after i knock off, can call me up and say - "can you please cancel your leave.. short of manpower blah blah blah"
The moment I left, similiar industry offered me a 56% salary increment for a position with similiar job scope. With all the perks. Which I rejected, coz I'm sick and tired of the industry that does no credit to my field of studies.
Now I'm a happy girl in a company i like, earning better den prev (25% salary increment) and finally seeing something called career prospect.

They "forgot" my last day salary somemore.
That's when i called MOM and was told, last day salary and latest within 7 calendar days is across the board, not EA only
And oh ya.. my prev salary... was JUST nice not covered under EA.. and i was doin a one man show, job scope similiar to that of a level above me

haha i also changed industry drastically... from design to admin :Pwah liao $5 increment!!! it's like u can have 1 happy meal extra a mth >.< my tis co. shit. but still my increment is at least 3 digit leh
