  Well I thought the red lanterns are cool but MPB insist it looks like a brothel from outside

  those were the day we reused the deco years after years. now i only buy the current zodiac so that it cannot be reused next year and I have to buy a new one

  Never really decorated place. Anyway, just got home and feel exceptionally worn out - doubt I'll even noticed if decors are up. Just feel like crawling into bed.

  I saw this 'flowerball' I like but this year no time to make liao

  Maybe next year to cover up the ugly wiring

  I'd be creeped out by the thought of putting flammable cloth or paper over the wires though.

  We reuse the same generic decorations ourselves anyway, aside from changing the pussy willows.

  I do eat them. Was thinking along lines of using them for smoothies, fruit salad, with muesli etc

  What's wrong with putting the cloth over the wires

  It's not like it's not done properly and is unsafe

  The wires are all properly covered and very safe.

  It's like having a bulb in a lampshade

   

  It may be unsafe if you don't know what you are doing though but MPB have lots of experience with stuff like that.

  I went for my haircut earlier today and he took one look at me and gave me the correct amount the haircut cost me :x

  It should be fine then, I was thinking about the risk of a short circuit. 

  This has been the week for haircuts LOL. I had one today, and so did Fatum.
