  those ppl dun take buses? e ppl at SMU Inst of Sv excellence wants to tie customer satisfaction w/ fare hikes

  thing is, many a times when I'm taking buses many ppl just crowd around exit area and refuse to move in... and they aren't alighting at e next stop either.. end up everything is delayed and complains of buses coming together or sort starts to come in

  I lost count of the number of times our neighbour up north made U-turns on the policies, gave some confusing statements and then accuse its southern neighbour for interfering.

  its funny reading the RSAF FAQs when everyone wants to do everything else but service the aircraft.

  that is the very vocation where everyone is wanting to leave and there is more demand there than anywhere else.

  within the organisation, they don't want people to use the word "down sizing" then want to hear "right sizing", that is so WTF.

  and when we need to get things done, emails fly around saying "with our lean manpower..."

  so what the hell is it? lean manpower? or right amount of manpower?

  I think it's lean manpower, want speed want these and tat but forgot e minimum or decent manpower needed

  frankly speaking might as well out source those occifer at tis rate

  I dunno, but many terms have been put into -ve perspective these days.

  anyway yeah, servicing e aircraft is like bo lang ai, but many forget w/o these ppl can forget abt having pilots as there isn't airworthy aircraft

  they are just trying very hard to find ways and means to justify their existence. They and WDA have been trying to find all sorts of way to tie up their csisg to things because otherwise, their index has beena nd is pretty useless

  in some sense is good, you spur operators to do better

  but thing is, gotta be realistic and fair to everyone

  even they mentioned abt seats too cramped, I think there has to be a compromise either wider seats resulting in lesser seats quantity or less wider seats and more seats quantity... cos it's not safe on e road for a longer and wider bus esp during turning and sort

  PTC has approved SBS's application for basic or basic plus bus svs

  Basic Sv 41, 117 of which 117 would serve SMRT's turf & at the same time withdrawn of Sv 68 & 115 due to low demand (I remembered 115 was pushed by Aljunied GRC MP)

  Basic Plus Sv: 170e

  of all years, I know there's 1 SBS's application approved but bus service never appeared - Sv 114
