By the time you all finish filling up the form, going through the procedure, and then the actual bleeding.. and then still need to travel to liang court.. 12.30 should be a good time..

It's a seasonal dish over there, if I remember correctly. They also had the monkfish shabu-shabu in winter.

okie .... back from bleeding and eating ....
only three chaps turned up for the bleeding, hopefully the turnout would be better the next time .... Oldbread bleed for the first time today .... and me and bear got a free cap from the red cross that says "I've made three donations this year" ...
also made appointments for aphrensis next time ...
and tampopo's black pig shabu ramen was goooooood .... the soup was savoury without the MSG thirst afterwards .....
only complaint was the cabbage they dump into the thing ...
