There are, I think 5-6 female team leaders who take turns to run the show every shift. And there are almost 30 other female colleagues who are bossy and gossipy and very political. On top of that, we have patients who are either demented, confused, psychologically / mentally sick, depressed or are prone to anxiety attacks. Of those who are 'normal', some act sicker than they really are, and then there are those who are fussy and really hard to please. And then there are the elderly patients who will press the buzzer every 15 mins or so for funny little things just cause they are bored and/or demented.
Somedays, we all feel like we're working in hell on earth.
