Biangz... I had such a tough time last night, trying to get to sleep! I couldn't make myself comfortable, no matter how I fluffed up my pillows, how I arranged them, etc and I spent the night tossing and turning and probably only managed to fall asleep at 5:30am!!
And then again, I had a morning-mare!
I might really have to consider checking into a Sleep Disorders Clinic in my hospital if this persists. I'm forever sleepy in the daytime now. Even my colleagues are commenting that I look tired.

my sleep disorder is the exact opposite, I fall asleep very quicky and sleep too well. hard to wake up and sometimes I sleep at work too.
