During BMT, there was this black sheep in my platoon who shirked his reponsibilities and took Attend Cs at the drop of a hat. I believe I once told you guys about how he once almost shot dead his buddy and a safety spec when he auto-fired his M16 into the side wall.
Anyway, during one water parade he couldn't seem to remember the SAF 7 Core Values. My PS made him stand in front of the platoon and made him shout the 7 values out loud.
He would shout:
'Loyalty to Country.... Leadership.... Professionalism.... Fighting Spirit.... Ethics.... Care for Soldiers....!'
And my PS would semula him over and over again for the next 20 minutes or so.
The irony wasn't lost on any of us that he kept missing the word 'Discipline'.
