mid a.m.: 5 biscuits
lunch: sarnie
tea: bun
dinner: tofu, beancurd, spinach

hey guys to those who eat oatmeals... i tried once this morning.. and i realised there is no taste? is it cuz i put too much water or too much oats?? or muz add honey or wad??
breakfast:
3 of those mini buns from 4 leaves plus a cup of super thick taste milo
lunch: bak chor mee pok tar mai ter gua
dinner: fish soup mee swa

Lunch- Chicken rice and a can of vanilla coke
Snacks- 2 packets of peanut m & ms, 1 packet of maltesers
Dinner- Rice, fried fish, cauliflowers and peas

tea: cream crackers (PBJ)

Hi, just randomly came across this post..
Oats are tasteless in the first place, so its better for you to eat it with milk. If you like it to be sweet, you can add honey or condensed milk.
brekfast: gardenia bread with butter, kaya, peanut butter
lunch.. planning on fishball mee..

Honey is probably better than condensed milk. Also, you can also add some fruits (like Banana) on top of it.
