Rhonda's Feast-List for Her Return to Singapore!

Yessssss!!! *air punch and a whoopee jump! I have confirmed my flight details! I shall be back on April Fools' Day!
I got inspired by Fatum's food list and bluejuice reminded me that maybe I should start a similar list for self. So no holds barred!! Your suggestions on food and restaurants are more than welcome! 
- CHILLI CRAB!!! I didn't eat this the last time, I still feel so buay gum guan!!
- ROTI PRATA
- NGOR HIONG Must pester dad to bring me to that nice place near Thomson Rd. Think sbst knows the place too. 
- SAMBAL STING RAY GRILLED IN BANANA LEAF
- LAKSA YONG TAU FU
- BAK KWA COINS
- CURRY FISH HEAD
- FRIED BEE HOON with assorted accompaniments. You know, the 'cheap' breakfast ones.
- VEGETARIAN BEE HOON. There are good stalls selling this in Redhill and Bouna Vista, my home turf!
- ICE KACHANG, CHENDOL, ICE JELLY WITH FRUIT COCKTAIL, and all manner of ice desserts... we don't have any here!!
- OTAK
- WHITE & BLACK CHAI TOW KWAY
- DAO SUAN, RED BEAN SOUP, GREEN BEAN SOUP, PULOT HITAM
- PORRIDGE
- INDIAN ROJAK from Tampines Central
- NASI LEMAK from the famous Holland Village stall
- OH LUAK- CHI CHAR MEALS
- DUCK NOODLES
- OFFAL-LESS KWAY CHAP WITH PLENTY OF TAU POK, TAU KWA, EGG, KIAM CHYE, AND FISH CAKE
OK, I shall go one step further and add a list of restaurants to patronise as well!
- That SUN MOON restaurant you guys went to... I was drooling over the food photos!
- Find a good, authentic Korean restaurant. -

there is one at telok ayer st.. Manna restaurant I think. That's the korean restaurant that Rain went when he was in Singapore. Its opened by Koreans. -
why would you want to eat authentic korean in singapore ? ....
I mean you can eat local ethnic for a whole month and not finish everything ... -
