Club 30's Straying Out of Singapore (SOS) Excursion 2008

Quite a few times we have talked about taking a trip overseas together. In 2008, let's make it a reality!
Proposed period would be mid or late April 2008. Venue will be decided by us all. It can be as near as Malaysia, or as far as... I don't know... Hong Kong?
If you are attached, bring your partner along. If you are married, bring your spouse along. If you have good buddies you simply can't bear to leave behind in Singapore, bring them along!
Basically, it's just us spending time together to explore a neighbouring country, with relaxation and makan and shopping key to the agenda! Ah well, you know us Club 30 folks by now, right?
Sooooo... come join in the discussion and let's trash out interesting ideas!
I'm interested in visiting either Cameron Highlands / Hong Kong this time round. I think it might be a good idea to keep the destination near for starters.

The US is too far away (and also way too expensive)!! I don't know if we can even organise a nice, short tour to a location nearby, much less a major one to the States! -

OK, let's set our sights to a venue really nearby so that the plan will actually come to fruition instead of everyone becoming pilots!
Malaysia, ok? I choose Cameron Highlands, because I've never been there. But I think Genting Highlands or what's that other famous resort in KL would be a great choice too. -
