  Well, some ppl wrote to the press to complain about this special offer overseas mailing svc for xmas cards...in the end, none of his addressee receive the cards...NONE.
  
  I think the local postal svc tried to imply that they have done their part, and it must be the US side that screwed up.

  i've always had luck with the postal services. in fact, i've always mailed home ang paos in cash. and never had a prob.
  
  so, this is quite heart-breaking.
