  we went to the Sun with Moon Japanese Dining & Cafe

  They call this Salmon with Avocado wrapped in Rice Paper for some reason. Very very lovely. Superb Salmon with sweet avocado flavored with Salty roe.
  
  
  Oyster with White Wasabi
  Very Flavorful Oyster from Japan. Sweet and taste like the sea. It was supposed to be marinated with white vinegar and white wasabi but it's like only a touch to enhance the taste of the Oyster.
