yeah.. sometimes the unions are so short-sighted it's idiotic...
when i was in melbourne, i read that they mandated 2 people driving a forklift and only for 4 hour shifts... therefore you needed 4 people to drive 1 forklift for an 8-hour day...

4 hour shifts is fine if they really want the safety aspect but farking enforce it
