I tried the yuki yaki before.. in 2005... at cineleisure branch b4 it closed down
Things may have changed since then..
One thing to note.. the cineleisure branch that I went to have seats of up to 6 pax. I am not sure if the marina branch have bigger tables/seats..
Below was my comments. Cost should be outdated????

Cost: Adults $19.90 nett. + $2 (Drink, which must be ordered) and +$2 if you want the ice-cream. Pay at the counter b4 proceeding into the restaurant. If you paid w/o ice-cream and then later decide to have ice-cream, it'll cost you an additional $7.
Food:
Meats: Variety of marinated chicken, Pork, Beef
Seafood: Salmon, Prawn, Sotong, Dory fish, Lala
Yong Tao Fu ingredients: Variety of fishballs, tofu, fish tofu, etc etc..
Vege: only Cabbage and chinese lettuce
Sushi conveyor belt: Only some variety of sushi.
Drinks: Seasons Lemon Tea, F&N Zappel, Soda Water, Plain water, Diet Coke, Guave juice, Orange Juice, Lime Juice
There is a teppanyaki pan and a steamboat on the table. Seats comfortably for 6 ppl. Food are taken from the fridge at the side of the restaurant.
Personally, I think the food is quite fresh and the marination of the food is quite tasty. Not much msg (as I did not feel very thirsty after dinner).
Ice-cream
After you finish your meal, the waiters will come and clear away the teppanyaki pan. Switch of a button, water will come out and wash away the oil, residue. Waiters then wipe dry the plate using kitchen towels. They will turn the teppanayki plate temperature to cold. Take the ice-cream mixes from the fridge, pour in and wait for it to freeze. This takes only a couple of minutes.
Flavours of ice-cream available
Chocolate, Strawberry, Tiramisu, Green Tea, Honeydew, Green Apple, Rum n Raisin, Mango, Mango Sorbet, Orange sorbet, Almond, Coffee, Lime (and a couple more I think.. cannot really remember) -
Can we have a few servings of ice-cream or we can only have 1 serving of ice-cream?

after lunch with the lunch kakis, one of them dropped by the toy wholesaler to look at stuff for his children..
there was a toy thingy there.. it was an egg.. it said that you need to soak it in water and the egg will crack and a 'pet' will emerge.. and you need to soak the 'pet' too..
then the conversation turned hilarious..
he said "hey.. it's Balut!"
so i asked "would you eat one? i would"
he said "oh.. did you hear Treebeard (our nickname for one of the idiots at work) ate one, and he was sick after that.. the stupid fella go and during the height of the bird flu.. but then, if he fell sick, how would anyone know he was really sick since he's so bloody slow?" -

Holy cow! 103 hamburgers in 8 minutes
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - A competitive eater who has already triumphed at a famous hot dog eating contest swallowed 103 small hamburgers in 8 minutes Sunday to take home $10,000.
Joey Chestnut, 23, of San Jose, Calif., surpassed the previous record of 97 Krystal burgers — 2 1/2 inches square — held by Japan's Takeru Kobayashi, set at last year's Krystal Square Off.
"We never thought we'd see someone anywhere near, let alone past, the century mark when we started the Krystal Square Off in 2004," said Brad Wahl, vice president of marketing for The Krystal Co.
Chestnut beat 12 other contestants. Kobayashi, who won all previous Krystal Hamburger Eating Championships, didn't compete this year because of lingering jaw pain from having a wisdom tooth extracted in June.
The 29-year-old Kobayashi received chiropractic treatment before losing his hot-dog-eating belt in the Nathan's Famous Fourth of July tussle in New York.
