I started my vegetarian diet.
Now going for lunch to pierce my ears becos it suddenly was popping into my mind yesterday and was bugging me this morning.
I just realised that its 'Guan Ying Dan'. Goddess of Mercy's Birthday today.
So I am decided to at least try to pierce my ears today in her honour. -

My mum gave me some vegetarian spreads recipe
She gave me some to try coz she made too much
Really not bad
I like the pumpkin jam spread and the cashews with bellpepper dip -

Every one month of a year, I will go vegetarian as a form of cleansing the mind and the body.
Was suppose to start last month, but sort of got distracted. So starting in November2007. But I've sort of gone vegetarian since Sat, so might as well continue on.
And hmmm....your spread sounds interesting. I need to go buy fresh bread, nuttella and some nice vegetarian stuffs to eat in the office.
I am not those ultra strict vegetarian. Even if there is little meat, and I am not sure its in there, I will still eat......eggs also I eat.
I just have to try to avoid eating those meat stuffs if I can help it.
Side note. Just as I wanted to go for lunch. I just noticed that my office, all the aunties, office managers disappeared for lunch.
I went downstairs, talked to bozz (He was in a lunch discussion with client) and got his permission to stay in the office and goes out for lunch at 2pm instead; when all the ladies are back.
At least, then there is someone else able to service him as and when he needs, and the office dont feel so empty with only the recept manning the fort downstairs. -
