  Weekends are truly the best time to be in office.
  
  I used to go down to PCC at weekends to clear the admin work.
  
  Normal working hours are usually too much chatter, interupptions and running around required.

  So many submissions.....so many copies of draft too.....legal work is tiring stuffs! No wonder we are so short of litigation lawyers and support stuffs!

  I still think the theory that if you are fat, the lessor the material, the better you look.
  
  Look at a tedy bear with fur and how it looks with a bikini and you suddenly can see waist.
  
  Especially if you got good skin.....I sort of does that sometimes, goes sleeveless with spag straps....but with Singapore's idea of beauty and modesty...I always wear some long sleeve covers.

  Swimming is actually quite good for the back, but just don't overdo it. I think you need to talk to your boss when you get back to work to let them know what you can do and what you can't eg you can't stand for too long so make sure they don't get you to do a job that involves you to stand.
