WOW hunter help in pets feeding,

  hello all, i have just played wow, and i created a hunter in night elves. i tame a pet, but now the problem is i cant feed the pet, and the pet is getting real pissed off at me. i know need to get the quest, but i cant get it. i went to the starting point, nothing. went to dolanar, nothing.
  
  where to learn the feed pets skill?
  i have googled it, still cant find.
