just because you promised people things you didn't know we have shortfall for, and i brought it up to you, doesn't mean i am to blame for the shortfall..
we have in stock about 10,700 booklets which is more than enough for our normal use for more than 6 months doesn't mean i have to go and reprint about 50,000 more booklets...
and for an ad-hoc request for a huge amount like 25,000 booklets, i have to go get a quotation, and all that to do a massive reprint..
heck! 65,000 copies lasted us 9 months and that's after a massive despatch of about 50,000 copies out to various organisations over that time...
now, wait for the proper printing and delivery before you start promising people stuff.. and if you do not know, please listen to your own counsel of finding out first, then go promise people..

You know that Cammy has to be consistently checked and cleaned..
Set up a service centre, at least a collection centre...at the HUBs.
Then I can send in my cammy and lens to you at ease, without going thru' such hassles like CBD, ERP, parking... and worse, just to scarifice leaves to rush to your centre during office hours.
