What comes first - Breakfast or Brushing Teeth?

If u want to detox, drink a cup of tap water every morning before u brush your teeth. I seldom do that tho.
My habit is to brush teeth, clean my tongue then use mouthwash, after that go shower and then have breakfast.
but sometimes i use mouthwash after i have breakfast lah... esp if im having roti prata for breakfast. -
Brush before eat.
Anyone floss here? Used to brush, mouthwash and floss. But now only brush in the morning and nothing else.

best to brush immediately after each meal (thats 3 times a day).
the teeth also wont stain so quickly -
It hard to swallow without a cleaned mouth for me.
