Of course, what was left out from the letter is the fact that this is not the last chance to sell what, the property cycle keeps repeating itself. We can always buy a new place when the market crashes, then sell this older place when the next wave comes
Heck, our place will likely become even more valuable in the next wave because we're still sitting on a shitload of land compared to all the new expensive condos!!!!! -
Yeah, well, as I said, I'll take it slow and steady. And in the end, even if I do get into a relationship with her, I won't let it get in the way of my studies. Heck, she did make it clear to me that she would understand if I can't always be there for her because of my studies.
After all, she herself was a highly-driven student who was passionate about her studies when she was an undergrad. And she's made it good.
Speaking of studies.... it's time to get back to my notes.

i noe it's cheaper to self assemble but to fork out the whole sum, i very pain
plus my savings is now pathetic... i MUST save $$$ so i rather get by instalments... the HP one i saw $2699, $119 per mth.. but specs very good + can watch tv on it -

HP sucks ass. I use HP at work and I have huge problems with their technical support and customer service, even for my printers costing as much as 20k. -

that's after seeing what has been planned until the end of the financial year which is 31 March 2008...
