if you did not sign the CSA because you wish to live for the rest of your life in Park West with your children, please note that the remaining lease is 73.7 yrs and your children may live longer than the remaning lease. If that happen, your loved ones will have to move out of Park West upon lease expiry. The value of your private leasehold will fall in value especially if the remaining lease is less than 50yrs because it is considered a 'wasting' assets depreciating over the remaining lease. Signing the CSA will unlock the value of your unit and enable you to buy a 999-yr leasehold or freehold property to overcome this situation.

In other news, the girl seems to have changed her mind and is willing to give me a chance.
She said that simply put, I was a case of being 'the right guy who arrived at the wrong time'. The reasons behind why I 'arrived at the wrong time' are complicated.... not sure whether I should say it here.
Whatever the case..... I guess I should be glad that she's willing to give me a chance to prove myself to her. -

Good morning everyone....
Just got in to work... came in a little bit late as I went to see the Specialist this morning. He seems to be quite happy with the improvement of the rash. He sent me for another blood test just to make sure the infection is all cleared up and I can call him up in 2 weeks for the result instead of coming in to see him. Also, he gave me another 2 weeks worth of prescriptions and that's it.
While the rash is not completely gone, at least it has become less itchy now and I get to sleep through the night nowadays!!! Hooray! -

anyway, right now i'm feeding drawing block paper into the colour laser printer in the office
cheaper than getting vendors to print things which the boss and the previous colleague keeps doing.. letting the vendors gouge us..
drawing block paper = $5.65 for 5 pads
lamination = max $10 for A3 size per piece
colour laser toner = give it $2 per piece (way over-estimating)
total cost = $12 per printout
as opposed to about $60 per piece by vendor
and this is without any design... if they design, it's close to $700 per design -

Yep, the rash is due to the tick bite which gave me an infection (Spotted Fever) and worse still I also got a secondary infection (dermatitis) from it. -

Funny enough, the site where I got the tick from is almost ready to be built. Oh well, when I say build, just to have an antenna mount installed on the tower.
As part of the process, I will have to issue a safety plan to the subcontractor who does the job for me and one of the hazards I put down is "beware of insect bites eg. ticks. Use insect repellent where necessary!" I definitely do not want my subcontractor to end up like me. -
