the first code is thru the pc, send a mail, check your mailbox and use lighter to light it
the second code is the spinning wheel of the bike...

1. To open the front tyre lock, the code is delivered by post deliver it online. Yes, there is a laptop, but it wont' work until you find a battery. The battery is behind the front wheel.
After you slip in the battery into the battery slot at the left side of the laptop, you still need 2 items before making the delivery:
1.1. You need to get connected to the internet. One way to do that with laptop is by using a cellphone. You can find the cellphone behind a radiator, below the rack.
1.2. You need a CD that contains the delivery order. The CD is located under the trash can.
Now you can make a delivery. After that, pick up at the mailbox, of course.
Hey wait a minute, it's an empty white letter, but it's said a blur thing on it. Why don't you try to make the paper warm? There is a lighter in the toolbox. -
