How often do you get a salary increment?

When i joined this company, they give me 50 dollar after confirmation. Then they bond me for sending me training overseas. Last year they give me $10 increment. I think they will only increase my pay after my bond ends. Never work for Jap company again.

i was with a british firm last time and they gave me a couple hundred bucks increment after i told them i wanan quit after 6months.. -

how much was ur starting salary? maybe it was already very high so they cudnt afford to give too much of a raise? -
