关于初学佛从弟子规, 太上感应篇开始

  I had email to 慧律法师， regarding the issue of learning di zi gui and tai shang gan yin pian as entry and foundation to Buddhism. Below is the Q and A.

  师父上人您好，
  
  弟�碰到新加��间，�传��法师的说法与�倡，说�学佛从弟�规，太上感应 篇开始， 以弟�规和太上感应篇为基础。（弟�觉得怪怪的，觉得那似乎�是正 信的佛教。）请问师父上人对那�说法与�倡有什么�解看法？

  Wow ! You know 慧律法师? Are you able to pm me his email address, is it convenient ? Will he mind that anybody he does not know send email to him ?

  i also agree that they are 方便法, Expedient Devices or Skillful mean. so is hinayana. nobody said they are Complete 究竟 or can be use to escape samsara/suffering.

  Some people will like 弟�规 very much. My old friend who was a hr manageress but now a psychologist printed 1000 copies of it to distribute free and she has a diploma in Buddhism.

  I guess she finds the book a very worthy read, so excellent that she is willing to fork out her own money to print 1000 copies.

  My friends and I prefer to print å› æžœç»�. We have printed and distributed. It will be our on going process. We distributed to people who are not really  Buddhist yet.

  no need to ask. sharing those criticism on MJK from some websites, thats not 诽谤 nor improper.

  正法也好，方便法也好，��能�佛就是好方法。
  master zenist y must u insist us to folow ur way ? if u are here to 诽谤 any 法师 then u are in the wrong forum .u cant even control ur 心 then y u wan to control other people 心.cant u jus let go

  问法师问题，让法师帮忙厘清问题，那�是耸涌法师诽谤圣贤教育。法师给答案，我把答案如实呈现，�得众生�迷惑。

  “ä¾�正法，ä¸�ä¾�方便法” 说得已ç»�很明白了，还有什么好辩的？

  慧律法师说得已�很明白了。 慧律法师也是求生净土，带业往生。 关�是您把两�法师以方便法度众生�混为一谈� 佛��度众生，所谓是'方便有多门，归元无二路'，这是圆满智慧，高度的技巧，所表现出�的。有许许多多设施，�是我们凡夫心��观念所能够达到，所能够�解。

  My question is straightforward. Its not a trick question! I had stated it very clear. (Check out the thread starter). And his reply, answer is just that: �正法，��方便法. I didn't edit any part out. Its just a one liner answer from him.

  I had presented the question and the answer here in this thread, as it is. So where's the mixed up as u mention??

  I have no comments because I trust 惠律法师. Comes to think of it, if there is 正法, why  ä¾�方便法 unless 正法 ä¸�方便 which I don't think so.

  imo 所有善法都�是外�，是你自己一知�解�自外其�。
  佛法的确是包括世间所有善法的，佛说世间一切善法皆是佛法。�是层次有高下罢了

  I am sure di zi gui is an excellent book. 但是弟�规�正法。

  所以有这么多的�解，倒�如去请教法师。而慧律法师对这问题是说：�正法，��方便法。就是这么简�。

  From what I see, after I had posted Dharma Master Hui Lü point of view on this issue, I see that many of u disagree with him on this issue. I am not going to debate with u. 'cause I am not Dharma Master Hui Lü. So... Thats it folks. To those who disagree with Dharma Master Hui Lü, all I can do is using his advice, what one could do when certain issue cant be resolve:
