I was wondering if buddhists believe in the zodiac signs predictions such as the Year of the Rabbit 2011 forecasts?
I don't believe because how can everyone has the same fate. I believe everybody has different fate which depends very much on your deeds. Twins also do not share the same fate.
Whether they are true or not, it is not the goal of a Buddhist to pursue them.
Although some people can look at your bazi and it seems to accurately describe you and predict your future, your future can still be changed - without the need to purchase expensive fengshui stuff etc.
What can change is the mind. If a person does away with his bad habits and adopt good ones, even the Bazi cannot accurately reflect his personality anymore.
Another interesting thing about these kind of predictions is that, if you remove the 12 zodiac signs from all the 12 predictions, and you read through the predictions again without guessing which one is your sign, you will find that they are more or less suitable to describe you - this is known as the Forer's effect.

My relatve believe touch Maitreya Pusa statue stomach at bugis treet can improve luck/fu qi.
Nowadays fortune teller even say wad zodiac ppl sutiable for wad buddha.
Some zodiac Vairocana buddha some amitabha buddha some other buddha etc etc etc.
Some ppl believe put buddha statue can improve fengshui at home too.
actually don't have to slander it or anything..never know some might be bodhisattvas pretending to use people's liking to promote Buddhism later on. 先以欲勾牵,�令入佛智. i think there are fengshui-like Buddhism in Tibetan Buddhism. it involve more on dharma and chi instead of artifacts. they also have special way of prediction. Bodhidharma(of ch'an) also use chi in his martial art that sort. just know that like LiaoFan, even if it can be predicted, it can also be changed though good deeds.

The statues is gd cos many ppl walk pass the place. Plant seeds into passerbys.
