  I have just created an iPhone application 《�身佛�》for Buddhists all over the world. Through this application, you will be able to carry with you the following Sutras wherever you go:

   - Added count-down feature for 念佛次数

  Thanks for the sharing... it is indeed a very useful and handy application.

  May I know what is the difference between the free and paid version in terms of features?

  《佛教�典》 is a lite version of 《�身佛�》and it is meant for Buddhists who wish to have their favorite sutras wherever they go, free-of-charge. Both applications feature the same Buddhist Sutras while《�身佛�》has a much improved user-interface with full-user customization. The latter also has a counter to help Buddhist keep track of the number of Buddha/Bodhisattva name recitations. Please help spread this message to your Buddhist Friends, to encourage them to recite Sutras and Buddha/Bodhisattva names.

  Keeping with the times.Buddhism now have many mp3 files and now have I phone application.

  It's good to know Buddhism is keeping up with the times.A religion that does not keep up with times might become obsolute.

  Does buddhist teach dharma using powerpoint nowadays?

  Yeah, my dharma teacher uses powerpoint nowadays.

  Thanks for your support. 佛教�典 has received more than 7000 download in just slightly more than a month publish to the App Store. More features and UI tweak coming soon in the next update due early next week. In case you don't know, there are also a lot of Buddhist Podcasts in Apple iTunes. :-)

  Wow, that's very successful!

  Maybe when you completed development for the Chinese one, you can do an English version. Shouldn't be difficult since it's just language difference.

  I would love to but I do not have the equivalent translation for all the Sutras that I currently have. Do u have them?

  Also, I'd love to see The Sixth Patriarch's Sutra included as well :)

  As for Buddhist images... probably someone else can fill you in. I'm not too sure.

  I think for the time being, I will leave out "The Sixth Patriarch's Sutra" as it is pretty lengthy.

  The following Sutras will first be featured in PocketSutra (Version 1) and it should be available in the App Store by early next week:

  - The Buddha Speaks of Amitabha Sutra

  - The Medicine Master Sutra

  - Sutra in Forty-Two Sections

  - The Buddha Speaks the Ullambana Sutra

  - The Heart of Prajna Paramita Sutra
