The renowned Noble Peace Prize nominee Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh
is finally coming to Singapore. I had visited his Plum Village in Dordogne,
France in 2003 for a 21-day mindfulness retreat. He is one of the gentlest and
most peaceful man I have ever met. If you are interested in learning mindfulness
meditation and join a retreat that is simple, not intensive, relaxing, natural
and insightful, his upcoming teachings & 5-day retreat in Sept would be a
must-go for you.
1 person can only get 4 tickets. If you are interested, get your tickets
quickly.

“Always recognize the dreamlike
qualities of life and reduce attachment and
aversion. Practise good-heartedness toward all beings. Be
loving and compassionate, no matter what others do to you.
What they will do will not matter so much when you see it as a dream. The trick
is to have positive intention during the dream. This is the essential point. This is
true spirituality.”

Went to the Bright Hill temple today. No more tickets. Have to try the Bras Basah outlets.
So fast. Did you manage to get tickets?
As far as i know, the tickets are still available at the temple and the outlets, give a call before going there to make sure, just note that they might be in different halls. I'd applied for the retreat instead, a rare opportunity to learn from the Venerable which i do not want to miss.
