Found something on Tibetian Sky Burial
From Wikipedia "Sky burial or ritual dissection was once a common funerary practice in Tibet wherein a human corpse is cut in specific locations and placed on a mountaintop, exposing it to the elements or the mahabhuta and animals – especially to birds of prey. The location of the sky burial preparation and place of execution are understood in the Vajrayana traditions as charnel grounds. In Tibet the practice is known as jhator (Tibetan: བྱ་གà½ོར་; Wylie: bya gtor), which literally means, "giving alms to the birds.""
This burial practice is in line with Buddhist belief of the impermanence of life. The dead human body is nothing but a empty vessel, empty shell.

Nice!
We elevate human cadavers to spiritual status, when in reality there is no spirit left, only flesh and bone. It is a vivid reminder that we are still animals after all, and the rest of the animal kingdom is recycled in much the same way. Circle of life! Beautiful
