Looking for Surangama Mantra commentary

  Hi Fellow Dharma brothers and sisters,

   

  I am looking for Surangama Mantra verses commentary (not Surangama sutra). I found some books at KMPKS library, Surangama Mantra verses and commentary by Master Hsuan Hua, but somehow some books are missing.

  I have contacting BTTS for the missing books, but somehow they said it is out of print and will not print anymore.

  Does anybody has the book or knows any other sources which explain the Surangama Mantra verses ?

  mantra have infinite meaning ... so just recite can liao

   

  i have a simple commentary on the mantra but its a indicative one

  bcos all Buddhas and Bodhisattva transmit blessing in the secret language to enhance the power of such mantra

  I think the commentaries can be found in the Vajra Bodhi Sea Magazine if I am not mistaken.

  Thank you very much. I will drop you a PM. I have indeed emailed BTTS on the past issues of Vajra Bodhi Sea, but each magazine only give out one verse. For one volume of book, that is ~ 100 verses missing, and each Vajra Bodhi sea cost ~ USD$10 (to backprint), they quote me > USD2K just to cover ~100 verses of the mantra.

  To syncopation_music,

  I will like to understand in detail the mantra which I am chanting, to me this is very important as to understand further the dharma.

  Hi Sinweiy,

   

  I know about this website.

  What I am referring to is Master Hsuan Hua's book on Shurangama Mantra Verses commentary. The Master explains in details every single verses of the mantra.

  Total there are 5 volumes. However, volume 4 is missing from KMPKS library. And BTTS in US refuse to print anymore. They say it is only for internal monastic study only. Only way is to subscribe to the monthly magazine Vajra Bodhi Sea, but that cost a bomb if need to order so many to cover all the verses.

  Tha't why I ask fellow forumers here if anybody have the volume 4, or other sources to get the full verses commentary from Master Hsuan Hua.
