In 2010, Palyul Ling will formally invite Tulku Thubsang Rinpoche, the eldest living holder of our tradition, to lead the 2010 retreat at the Upstate Retreat Center. A representative is traveling to Tibet to make the request according to the traditional style. We will not be opening registration until the request has been made, but encourage you to make plans for your retreat this year!
The U.S. 1 month Summer Retreat takes place on 10 July to 10 August yearly.

We wish to let you know the most senior living lineage-holder from Palyul, Tulku Thubsang Rinpoche, Dharma brother and classmate of His Holiness Penor Rinpoche, has indicated he has agreed to travel from our mother monastery in Kham to lead our summer retreat in the United States. Please pray for the success of his visa application. This year H.E. Khentul Gyangkhang Rinpoche and H.E. Mugsang Kuchen Rinpoche will attend as well as Khenchen Tsewang Gyatso Rinpoche and Khenpo Tenzin Norgay Rinpoche. Our flier will be sent soon and posted at http://retreat.palyul.org.
