My grandma Molly (my mom's mom) passed away in 1977. It was a shock to all that knew her, for she was only 48 years old. She left behind her loving husband, three daughters and three sons. Naturally, the loss of your mother at such a young age was hard for the children.
Months had passed and the family was beginning to recover after the wake of such and unexpected death. Molly's oldest daughter Robin (Robin bore a striking resemblance to her mother) had two very young children at this time. Robin went out one night and had hired a sitter to watch the kids. As the night progressed, the kids went to sleep and the sitter was watching TV. Rather suddenly, "Robin" walked in and very softly and politely told the sitter that it was okay to go home. The sitter left, somewhat confused (she wasn't paid).
The next morning the sitter received a call from Robin. "Why did you leave my children alone?" The sitter replied, "Well, you told me to leave." Robin then said, "I certainly did not."
Confused the sitter said, "Well someone told me to leave, and it certainly looked like you."
