This is a 5-session programme to introduce newcomers to the essence, the purpose and the way to meditation, as well as to help meditators to deepen their understanding of meditation.

No such thing as meditation? Rubbish!! Prayer is a form of meditation. So that means praying to God is wrong ah? Lol of course not right....
