  I wonder beside the Pope and Swiss? guards, who are the citizens of Vatican City?
  
  Let's say someone from Singapore eventually becomes a Pope, can he hold dual citizenship in Singapore and Vatican?

  It's a country on its own. But if you cross the border from Rome to enter Vatican City, you need not produce your passport
