the other day i saw at Sts Peter and Paul a poster that said "Make worship a way of life" advertising a Praise and Worship workshop....
but Mass is the highest form of Worship and going to Mass every sunday is already making Worship a way of life.... -

last time got one priest say to me, "why must have praise and worship before Mass? Mass is not Praise and Worship meh?"
makes a lot of sense because we say in the gloria ... "we worship you, we praise you" ...
