Yes, confirmation is done by the Archbishop, not a Priest. -

Confirmation name?
I was too young to understand about it, so I chose a name that sounds nice. Although it's probably the Saint who chose me.
But I have no regret, because when I read the life stories of my patron Saints, I like it so much.
I know someone whose confirmation name is patience because she's impatience. -
Must Have Confirmation Name ?
Because my Baptism and Confirmation is together I only know my Baptism Name as for Confirmation Name they say need also can no need also can.
So i wonder need or don't need? -
