mortal sin is when u do a gravely with your own will and no one forces u, provided u know it is a gravely sin.
so, i have been skipping church on purpose.
watching porn, surfing porn sites and masturbate.
i read in CCC that those 3 are gravely sin, i did it on purpose knowing it was wrong for lust.
does it mean i have done a mortal sin? can i still receive holy communion (bread) without confession? -

as for, whether can you continue to receive holy communion
of course you can, as long you confess to your sin

i'm Catholic. my inclination is for you to go for reconciliation. you see viewing pornography is a mortal sin and contradicts the life God intends for ourselves. As you know, if we are in serious sin we must not approach Holy Communion until we have received sacramental confession.
However, like in the case of pronography, we are often too ashamed to come to the Sacrament of Reconciliation and we end up wandering further away from God. And slowly, it becomes a vicious cycle. Before you know it, you totally backslide.
As a fellow Catholic, what i encourage you to do is to go for confession.

It's a mortal sin and you cannot receive holy communion until you do your confession and get absolution.

Jesus did not comment about watching porn, surfing porn and masturbating. But He did touch on the issue of spiritual adultery - the lusting of woman in your heart. -

I am not sure if you are sorry or not, but if you are, I'd advise you to not receive Communion until you have made a private confession (Sacrament of Reconcilliation) with your priest. Receiving Communion in a state of mortal sin, is a mortal sin in itself.

P.S I have a question to ask you. Why do you affix '(bread)' behind Holy Communion? Perhaps you would like to share with us your understanding of Holy Communion. -

and masturbation is definitely a Mortal Sin
now, as you have commited a mortal sin, you should NOT (actually DON'T) receive holy communion until after you go for confession.
