For the past 10 - 15 years, mega churches preaching Prosperity and Blessings Gospels are attracting many young professionals and middle-class families bcos they have total reliance on Dt 28. Why and how they magnetize non-believers, bewildered Catholics and Protestants, etc.? Have u known of yr family members and friends who have left their Protestant and Catholic churches to join such Prosperity and Blessings Gospels?
Surely the Prosperity and Blessings Gospels churches are practising what they preaching. But is it authentic and apostolic gospel or deceiving and false gospels, see the heresies even arising within the Apostles' communities in the 1st centery!:
Gal 1:6-9 "6 I am amazed that you are so quickly forsaking the one who called you by (the) grace (of Christ) for a different gospel 7 (not that there is another). But there are some who are disturbing you and wish to pervert the gospel of Christ. 8 But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach (to you) a gospel other than the one that we preached to you, let that one be accursed! 9 As we have said before, and now I say again, if anyone preaches to you a gospel other than the one that you received, let that one be accursed!"2 Pt 3:15-17 "15 And consider the patience of our Lord as salvation, as our beloved brother Paul, according to the wisdom given to him, also wrote to you, 16 speaking of these things as he does in all his letters. In them there are some things hard to understand that the ignorant and unstable distort to their own destruction, just as they do the other scriptures. 17 Therefore, beloved, since you are forewarned, be on your guard not to be led into the error of the unprincipled and to fall from your own stability."
