  Anyone here from the Altar Servers' society at the Cathedral?

  just curious, the Cathedral means St Andrew's Cathedral right? if it is, then how come it's in the Roman Catholic forum? i thot St Andrew's is Anglican...

  Depends on what you mean by 'HQ'.
  
  The Cathedral is the 'bishop's church', and it is close to the residence of the bishop.
  
  There are many important administrative functions of the Church that are performed elsewhere.

  Because i do pass by the place often, and i see a sign, and hopefully i didnt see wrongly, that states that the place is the 'HQ of the Roman Catholic Church in Singapore'. I believe the Cathedral is just next to the Bishop's residence right?

  Ah yes, if the sign says 'HQ', then that's the HQ, whatever the term means.
  
  And yes, the Cathedral is next to the Archbishop's Residence.
