I believe what we really are referring to is the Traditional Latin Mass or Tridentine Rite, which legally, is impossible to find. The nearest one is in Hong Kong. -

The priest really dun face the congregation one. Most of the time he is chanting in latin and "playing around" with the "equipments". And I don't remember there was any sermon. But he conducted the eucharist.

There seems to be indication that Pope Benedict is in favour of granting permission to celebrate the Tridentine Mass without a priori approval from the local ordinary.
