  Have been very loaded with work and human relation problems.
  The 2nd problem is the issue. It is even affecting my personal relationship with other people and with God, to a point that I forgot to turn up at the church when I was supposed to do the reading for the Mass.
  
  That's the super big boo boo that I have made in my life. I have never done that and will never big such huge mistake. I guess my work place problem is really eating up my sanity.

  and if you need to, maybe find a new job?
  
  if things at work are piling up too much, ask for help?
