Dong Dong Hee (Move Move Show in Hokkien), basically means that a person who is hyperactive and cannot control themselves from behaving properly.

Sa Lark Gao (369) - Fickle
Note: When you say a person is 369, you're actually meaning that person is fickle. However, as 369 is a notorious gang in Singapore, this phrase has eventually lost its original meaning.
Example of use: Aiya, yi sa lark gao eh. Gin nit gong ai buey sa kor, mia zai gong ai buey sa kor pua. Ma lu li ga eh siong sin yi.
(Aiya, he is fickle. Today he'll tell you it's selling at $3 and tomorrow he will change his mind to $3.50. You'll be the only foolish one to believe him.) -
