There's something I dont understand.....
What are managers busy with?
Why they kept saying bo eng, no time when they dont do the program coding, dont do the program documentations, dont do the testing, dont do the UAT plans....
What in the world are they busy with??
Looking after the welfare of their fellow workers? -- no need to do daily
Approving leaves and course etc? -- where go so many to approve
Vetting of the documents? -- only when the workers complete their share then they need to vet mah....
i find that they are busy chasing those working for them to work...

friend who studied in Perth came to Melbourne.. and said that Melbourne is MUCH better... has the nature of Perth, with everything else... as well as open spaces Sydney does not have

Somehow Melbourne reminds me of San Francisco (minus the tramps).
As for Bali, haven't been there too. But Puka has been there and loved the place. I hope to go one day too, with baby in tow -
