  if you train regularly. at least once per week, you should not be afraid of any damn IPPT.

  P/S: My colleague tell me last week..." U mecham like PTI leh".....u sure u want to take up the training? Another colleague just informed yesterday his weight drop from 70-73kg to 65kg after 2 months training.
