  Theoretically, yes.
  
  Since energy is not lost during the process, a black hole will continue in its existence until enough matter has been drawn to it, forming a new star/planet. As we all know by Newton's law, every matter has a reaction force when force is applied, this will negate the energy caused by the dead cosmos.
