Really,
Harry Potter and the Half-blood Prince is tragic indeed. The wise old headmaster was betrayed and killed by one of his own staff.

I had never expected Snape to be the Half-blood Prince. He must have fooled a lot of people in the DE ranks to get into their club. A real surprise that Tobias Snape wasn't even magically-trained. Much like a local uni grad plucking a redhead gal off the street and heading for ROM the next moment.
The fact that Harry is willing to forgo a romantic relationship with Ginny shows how noble he is. Other than Jesus or Buddha, nobody else displayed any greater love than this.
I can't imagine Hogwarts without Dumbledore. McGonagall is considering closing down the school, but I hope it will stay open. The witch children need to learn proper spell casting if they are to survive the difficult times that lie ahead.
Looking forward to the denouement in the seventh and final instalment. It seems conicidental that there are as many books as there are Horcruxes. After all, the number seven is said to be strongly magical.
