Why ex tend to be sticky and how to have clean cut

  I have a few relationship that did not work out and why ex(s) are so sticky. Calls, sms, e-mail and even seen around my estate and alone (stalking?).
  
  Needed time and space for new friendship, new relationship and feel haunted by presence of ex. Stalking me.. who can i seek help if ex really stalking me? Dun want to approach my ex on why he is seen around my estate as most of the earlier relationships ended through unpleasent ways.
  
  Anyone can share some insight to work on ex and at the same time start over new relationship? Just wanna set a rule here as in all cases, no one is to be harmed and gets hurt and the rule include me.

  some feel there was no closure...
  
  some feel hurt...
  
  how was the breakup?
  
  who initiated and how did it go?
  
  most of all, why was the breakup so?
  
  all these are factors which will lead things like that...
  
  and there seems to be a common factor... why does it happen to you?
  
  take some time to think about it..

  You need tools my dear. The tools refer to how you handle them in your way.
  
  As for me the tools i use on my boyfriends includes the following
  
  1) give them a chance to express themselves when you meet or chat coincidently and do not provide any comment and it include agreeing or disagreeing with them for whatever conversation arises between ex
  3) the next time you chat, ask them blunt question like "kuan ni shen muah shi", "kuan ni pi shi" if needed be ignore their mails and calls (change the contact number will be better)
  5) let you friend or colleague noe that your boyfriend (ex) is not included in any party arranged with your presence. this calls for isolation from your side to be extended over to your group and circle of friends, serves him right.
