Are all cars power/handling all the same in this game?

  man... im addicted man!!! lolx... i play usually at Bugis, PS star factory and CS... my name is James... so is my username... are all the cars same? and is it true that skyline is the best car?? i got alot of questions as now im trying to complete my class A...
