Standard of Referees - What's your say?

  We've seen asst ref blind, didnt see offside, seen ref blind, didnt see players getting violent and push other players.
  
  we've seen ref being crazy, giving cards like christmas presents... and we've seen ref that RaReLy gve cards...
  
  but WHAT is the standard to be a ref?

  epl standard like dropping liao...cpl i nr watch much so i dunno
