i dont believe this.....i bought the wrong matches...
i sneaked out of hse to bet on soccer while no one was home.
planned to buy the Man U match and since i was in a hurry, i quickly glanced at the lcd screens for the match number because i already knew what i wanted to buy but the bet slips were located a distance away frm the screens.. and in a hurry i failed to dbl check match no and bought the wrong matches...
i wanted to buy Man United....ended up buying sheffield united vs west ham.....
both United..but diff -

Well,well,well...I decided 2 take a breather this wk n see whether the chasing pack can make up some grounds, esp the trio of BÃ¥seline, UnLeAsH_cHa0s and extremex. Sadly, extremex decided 2 hedge his score with BÃ¥seline this wk, who had an off day at the office.
The onus is on BÃ¥seline as he has 2 carry not only his regular partner galgal but an extra weight in extremex. UnLeAsH_cHa0s didn't dissappoint with a +6 score 2 make up some ground.
Top gainer this wk were s|nNeD n Bismarck with +8 each. Keep up the good work guys!!! 11 rounds remained with tons of points 2b gained. The gap at the top is 10- 20 among the top 4. The next group average ard 11-39 from 5th place to 8th.
With Champions' League coming thick n fast and League matches interspersed in between. There's lot's of room for improvement. And anybody gg on a mini run can easily make up the gap. Even I can't take another breather liao. So jus hang in there 4 another 2 mths n the table will b more obvious by then. -

Well BÃ¥seline has thrown the gaunlet down and romp home with 12 pts this week. Followed by xking with 9 pts and BeNo and Redz with 6 pts each. Nice 2 see BeNo back after a long break, got a hell of a job 2 make up the missing weeks he's been away. Only 1 pt separates the top 2, it seems CL results this week will see the ascendance of a new leader(Perhaps). -

9 rounds remain with still a lot of pts 2 play for. The current board is split into 4 distinct groups. At the top, we have 3 contestants with a gap of 9-11 pts between them. A change in 2nd place looks imminent this coming wk.
In the 2nd group, we have another 3 contestants vying 4 firm control of 4th placings, their pts gap is between 13-17. Keep up the good work, guys.
In the 3rd group, we have 4 contestants, actually 3 cos one's in freefall mode. It'll take a bit of effort on group 4 2 make the freefaller last this year. The pts gap is 12-34 for this group.
The last group which is also the newest contestants must b applauded 4 their dogged determination 4 continuing. A lot of ppl have already fallen off the pace, but they jus keeps going. -

As with any topics, if the participants don't bother, it's pretty hard to keep it going, especially 4 a topic related to the soccer season. Once again, I like 2 thank those of u who had consistently put in an effort 2 submit ur predictions, regardless of how late the fixture list was posted.
A huge thanks must go out 2 RSP, who had take over the fixture posting mantle w/o any fuss. Thanks bro, I owe u a meal.
The leadership was swapped 3 wks ago if my memory serve me correct. And since then the gap at the top has shrunk 2 jus 7 pts among the top 3. A royale battle 2 the finish.
RSP pretty much got his 4th position sewn, unless s|nNeD shown some tremendous consistent high score. Whether RSP can challenged the top 3, depends on his score the next following wks n the total collapse of the top 3.
Jus 4 wks or so 2 run, so the 5 or so of us got 2 persists till the end.... Thanks a lot, guys!!! -

we shd have bonus rounds...include FA Cup Final, UEFA cup matches as well....Nationwide playoff games also add ahhh.. -

Well nobody entered the result of the Boro-Newcastle match so it's considered null. The result is break down as monday arsenal match, midweek CL action and Sat's EPL roundup. -
